Announcement on the update of the invitation mechanism

Dear User:

In order to thank the majority of users for their trust and support for BiyaPay, we have decided to make an adjustment to the current invitation mechanism:

User Invitation Benefit Rules

From now on,

  1. The user invites new users to register for BiyaPay. The invitee completes the first remittance or legal currency withdrawal within one month of registration, and both parties will receive 10U cash back.
  2. The user invites new users to register for BiyaPay. The invitee completes the first deposit within one week of registration, and completes the first US and Hong Kong stock transaction within three months. The invitee can receive a cash reward of 6U, and the invitee can enjoy the invitee. 20% commission back on each transaction fee.
  3. Users invite new users to register for BiyaPay. When the invitees go through the first transaction of US and Hong Kong stocks, the handling fee for each subsequent US and Hong Kong stock transaction will be 20% off.
  4. Apply to become a KOL, and KOLs can enjoy a 30% rebate on each US and Hong Kong stock transaction fee of the invitee.

Invitation steps:

  1. Log in and open the invitation page;
  2. Share invitation links or posters to friends (or post them on social media such as Moments, Twitter, YouTube, Facebook, etc.);
  3. Friends register through the invitation link or scan the QR code on the poster;
  4. friends within a month to complete the first remittance or legal currency withdrawal;
    ( Or complete the first deposit within one week and complete the first US and Hong Kong stock transaction within three months) ;
  5. After completing the first remittance or legal currency withdrawal, the 10U cash rewardwill be issued to the accounts of both parties;

(At the same time, the inviter can continue to enjoy 20% rebate on each transaction fee of friends).

Description of activities:

  1. This adjustment is for all users of BiyaPay;
  2. The remittance invitation reward will be issued immediately after the invitee completes the remittance/withdrawal, and the rewards of both parties can be viewed in the “fund account”;
  3. The commission rebate will be returned immediately after the inviter completes each transaction, and the commission rebate reward can be viewed on the “invitation page”;
  4. The new user reward will be issued immediately after the new user completes the first remittance/withdrawal and the first US and Hong Kong stock transaction. The reward can be viewed in the “fund account”;
  5. A real-name user can only use one account;
  6. All users must strictly abide by the BiyaPay terms of service;
  7. Oppose user cheating (such as inviting yourself). If found, after verification, BiyaPay has the right to cancel all rewards;
  8. Biyapay has the final right to interpret this adjustment, and will announce and notify again if there is any adjustment in the future.
